Brandon McMullen Arrives in Nepal to Join Sudurpaschim Royals for NPL

Sudurpaschim Royals’ all-rounder Brandon McMullen has arrived in Nepal to participate in the Siddhartha Bank Nepal Premier League (NPL).

McMullen, a right-handed batter from Scotland, has an impressive record in international cricket. In 16 T20Is since his debut against Germany in 2023, he has scored 497 runs, including six fifties. Additionally, in ODIs, he has amassed 888 runs in 26 matches, with three centuries and two fifties.

The Sudurpaschim Royals have partnered with various organizations to strengthen their presence in the league. These include SPA as their education partner, Maya Metro Hospital as their medical partner, Nepal Airlines as their airline partner, SALICO for insurance, Raaika Tours and Treks for travel, Nepal Telecom as their telecom partner, Surya Ply as their strength partner, and Kumari Jab as their career partner.

During the NPL, the team will stay at Marriott Kathmandu.

The Nepal Premier League, organized by CAN, will take place from November 30 to December 21, featuring eight teams. Sudurpaschim Royals boast marquee player Dipendra Singh Airee, a record-holding all-rounder. The team is mentored by Australian cricket legend Brad Hodge, with former national team coach Jagat Tamata serving as head coach.
