Kathmandu Sets 112-Run Target

Kathmandu Gurkhas have set a target of 112 runs for Chitwan Rhinos in the ongoing Nepal Premier League. Chitwan Rhinos won the toss and elected to field first.

In the match, Chitwan Rhinos’ Sohail Tanvir delivered an exceptional bowling performance. He became the first bowler in NPL history to take five wickets in a single match.

The 39-year-old veteran bowler conceded just 21 runs in his four-over spell while claiming five wickets. Tanvir’s sharp bowling posed a significant challenge for Kathmandu’s batters.

Kathmandu Gurkhas are led by captain Karan KC, while Chitwan Rhinos are captained by Kushal Malla.
