Nepal’s journey in the Blind T20 Cricket World Cup in Pakistan ended in the semifinals. Nepal, which reached the semifinals for the first time, was defeated by Pakistan by 10 wickets.

Chasing a target of 95 runs set by Nepal, Pakistan achieved it in just 5.3 overs without losing any wickets. Kamran Akhtar scored the highest with 63 runs, while Babar Ali contributed 32 runs.

Earlier, batting first, Nepal managed to score 94 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Durga Datt Paudel was Nepal’s top scorer with 40 runs, while Matiullah of Pakistan claimed 3 wickets, conceding just 5 runs in 4 overs.

Nepal lost its first two matches but secured victories in the next two games. However, they suffered another 10-wicket defeat to Pakistan in their final game. Pakistan remains unbeaten so far and is a strong contender for the title.
