The ACC U-19 Asia Cup kicked off today in the UAE, with Nepal set to play its opening match against Sri Lanka.
Nepal will bowl first in the match after captain Hemant Dhami won the toss and opted to field.
The Nepali team, led by pace bowler Hemant Dhami, who has previously represented the senior national team, arrived in the UAE on Wednesday. Shakti Gauchan, the head coach of the U-19 squad, is optimistic about achieving strong results in his first assignment with the youth team.
